  • We really enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The home was spacious, clean, and bright. Great layout for an older home. The place was stocked with anything we needed for cooking and more. We appreciated the welcome basket. Great location. Hot tub was clean and worked well. We did not use the pool but it did appear clean.

  • We had a fantastic week in Sawyer! Although there were a few challenges due to the house changing owners right before our visit, it was clear Ed and Meg are extremely kind and hospitable, and committed to making this a top notch experience for guests. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket of local goods and they were responsive and helpful through any issues we experienced. Our group spent countless hours in the beautiful pool and enjoyed many of the local spots they recommended. The house and grounds could use some additional love and repair, but we have no doubt Ed and Meg will continue transforming the space and highly recommend visiting. We hope to come back in the future and see what they’ve done!

  • We had the best girls weekend at Ed and Meg’s! We were their very first guests after they took over the property, and despite a small hiccup with the ownership transition, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They worked hard to get the deck ready before we arrived, made sure the pool was spotless all weekend, and even surprised us with the sweetest welcome gift. Those thoughtful touches meant so much.
    The house is still getting a little love, but you can already see the vision they have for it. More importantly, you can feel how much they genuinely care about creating a place where people can make lasting memories. Our weekend was filled with laughter, quality time, and memories we’ll never forget. Thank you, Ed and Meg, for your kindness and hospitality.
