Ed was instrumental in helping us understand the positives and negatives of the properties we looked at. Ed worked with us on new construction where the developer was a nightmare. The developer didn’t communicate in a timely manner, was resistant to requests, and delivered over 3 months late. Ed was able to work with us and our lawyer to get the issues resolved and eventually close on the property. Without his help, the deal would have blown up and ended in litigation.
