Lynn Jarrick is a Realtor with a passion for helping people figure out not just what kind of home they want, but what kind of life they want to build. With a background in education and over a decade spent supporting teachers and students, Lynn brings a clear sense of purpose, empathy, and organization to every client relationship. She became a licensed real estate agent in early 2024 after working as a transaction specialist with Groho Group since 202,  and now proudly serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Chicago and the western suburbs.

Born and raised in La Grange, Lynn has deep roots in the area and a lifelong connection to the communities she now serves. After years of renting in the city, she officially made Chicago her home and purchased her first condo in the West Loop in 2024. For Lynn, homeownership is not just a smart investment but a way to build connection and community and it’s this belief that guides her work with each client.

Alongside her real estate career, Lynn works as a teacher and instructional coach in public education. That experience continues to sharpen her ability to listen closely, navigate complex systems, and support people through high-stress, high-stakes decisions. Whether she’s coaching a first-time buyer through the search process or helping a seller prepare their property for market, Lynn brings a calm, capable presence and a clear commitment to getting it right.

Lynn is passionate, perceptive, fun, generous, and a Sparkling Swiftie!. She’s a proud aunt, a fantasy book lover with multiple book clubs, and a self-proclaimed expert in sourdough bread and karaoke ballads. (Her go-to is It’s All Coming Back to Me Now by Celine Dion.) She loves a good Chicago-style tavern pizza, game nights with friends, and cozy weekends at Diamond Lake in Michigan with family. Her cat, Crosby, keeps her company when she's not out showing homes or meeting clients over coffee at Vietfive.

Real estate allows Lynn to combine her love of people, problem-solving, and personal connection. She believes that finding the right home can be joyful, empowering, and even a little magical. And she’s here to help you every step of the way.
